Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions enclosed apply to all products offered by BeePrinting Pty Ltd including, but not limited to, its agents and employees.

 1  Prices & Quote

1.1    Our team work very hard to ensure most accurate display of prices directly on our website.  Whereas all prices are subject to change without notice
1.2    All prices include Freight to all destinations of Australia (Excluding some volume based products we sell – Please confirm that from our customer care). BeePrinting reserve the right to charge for shipping if courier charges more than usual based on Remote Area
1.3    Custom Quotes are available through customer care (email /Chat / Phone), Which are valid for 30days only after that you need to re-confirm the quote.
1.4    GST has to be included to finalize the order
1.5    Film, Plates, Knife cutting prices are included unless there is some exceptional requirements that may result in certain charge which will be informed prior to charging

2       Payment Terms

2.1    Full Payment is required prior to production and / or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2   Acceptable payment Mode are  EFT / Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal
2.3   Should the customer exceeding our trading terms, We reserve the right to put a temporary hold on their order unless matter is resolved otherwise agreed

3       Printing Material / Stock

3.1 Printing Material are subject to change By BeePrinting based on availability of the stock or any technical / engineering issues requirements.

4      Artwork Preparation & Printing

4.1    Client supplied artwork must meet “Press Ready” file requirements as per file creation specifications. BeePrinting is not liable for artwork errors incurred during electronic transfer, Approval of JPEG / image artwork is necessary before printing
4.2   We carefully review each file before printing but it is client’s responsibility to usage of correct layout and artwork before approving it. No responsibility or changes are accepted after proof is approved, unless otherwise production has not started.
4.3   All artworks are checked for any errors in design file, it is client’s responsibility to go through proofing in detail to ensure quality of file and art placement is as per sent.
4.4   A hardcopy sample provided by customer can not be used for colour matching reference.
4.5   Computer version of proof is based on RGB colours, once converted to CMYK or PMS colour coding system it is near to accurate colours. Whereas colour shift may still occur due to special effects or final finishes / Lamination’s choosen
4.6   Even though usage of technically advanced equipment’s gives best possible colour matching but still Exact colour matching can not be guaranteed between artwork & printout, due to one of many reasons 1) difference between how colour appear on electronic media and on actual printout 2) change in colour look on usage of different texture or types of materials. A Quality control system can ensure production of acceptable (+/- 5%) variation level between print to print, front to back, material to material, lot to lot.
4.7   Die Cutting or Straight cutting may have an acceptable variation level of (+/- 1~2 mm) from final proof.
4.8   All orders are printed with (+15%) more than ordered quantity to cover wastage during process. An automatic counter attached with printing machine ensures right quantity is produced. Hence all ordered are produced and delivered in excess than ordered quantity. Incase of any unforeseen circumstances of less than ordered quantity. We can reprint short quantity or can refund the missing quantity amount.
4.9   Artwork correction or conversion to press ready format is free of cost but that may incur delay in production and / or delivery

5   Shipping / Delivery

5.1    It’s Clients responsibility to provide a valid street address with proper postcode , to ensure dispatch deadline is met, shipping details also means valid contact phone number, email address for correspondence.
5.2   Our guaranteed deadline refers to dispatch time and date, provided press ready artwork is supplied before 3PM on working day. That day is counted as first day in our guarantee calendar days. BeePrinting will dispatch printed items within guaranteed time-frame. Dispatch is done same day as production is completed.
5.3   We send your order with registered courier services e.g (Australia post, Toll Express, CourierPlease, DHL etc) for delivery, Whereas it is acknowledge that,  Any third party shipping and / or delivery delays are not considered as our liability.
5.4   Damaged or Loss of any type during transit is not our responsibility. We do our best to ensure final packing is fully secure to be through transit but cannot guarantee handling part by third part companies.
5.5   For any type of losses we contact shipping  Company and go by the outcome they provide
5.6   BeePrinting will not be responsible for failure on customer’s end to provide correct delivery address details and / or not having someone available at your address to accept the parcel. If client wishes to authorize courier to drop parcel at their door-step as if no one is available to accept the parcel in person. We will not be responsible for misplaced / stolen / damaged parcel in any way.
5.7   A missed delivery due to any reason may cause delay in package arrival, which is not at all our responsibility
5.8   BeePrinting will not be responsible for any print jobs, products, delay due to situations that are beyond its reasonable control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client or third party agent. This includes Natural Disasters , Strike, delay from third party issues, whereas schedules holidays are not part of this responsibility

6  Returns and Refunds

6.1  Client agrees to inform us about any changes in ordered product/ design/ change of mind or order specifications before proof approval for us to process full or partial refund (if applies)
6.2  Free Designing & Editing on Order Placement
At least 50% deposit is required if customer want to check hardcopy proof or need designing editing or proofing. Once digital or hardcopy proof or design is approved and production process has started, your deposit is not refundable beyond that stage
6.3  Production & Printing
In-case of cancellation before production has started. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders.
In-case of cancellation after production has started. A 35% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders after pre-printing process has started. (We provides PDF or JPEG proof for review)
6.4 50% fee applies to all orders if you plan to stop, cancel or change production, production process has already begun.
6.5  It is client’s responsibility to physically inspect parcel for any damages at the time of delivery. We should not be liable for any damages, shortage, mis-print, defects, or non-compliance with the
specifications in the Agreement, unless You inform Us in writing with evidence within 3 days of delivery of
the goods.
6.6  On acceptance of any damages, shortage, mis-print, defects, or non-compliance with the
specifications in the Agreement We may at our discretion, respond, replace or reprint missing or defective goods.
6.7  Altered, damaged, sorted or used goods in any way will not be acceptable for return or refund.
6.8 No refund is offered on branded items such as Pizza Boxes, Fabric Bags, Invitations, Stationary etc
6.9 No refund is offered for sampling or samples printing
7  Copyright Issues

7.1   It is client’s responsibility to have all necessary copy right, reproduction, publication rights or licensing  for artwork, video,  supplied.
7.2 BeePrinting may use printed items / artwork for sampling or in promotional sampling.

8  Important Notice

8.1  In case you are not sure about any or all printing terminologies or have no or little knowledge about any product or template functioning ,material, finishes, sizes or effects and you have not contacted us to clarify or get guidance about process, material , template, looks, Then BeePrinting will NOT take responsibility of your choice, or mis-matched specifications. We though have 24/7 customer care operational via Email, Phone and Chat support to help you answer any question of inquiry you have.
